Easy ways to lose weight.
- If you’re eating a lot of rice, that’s a big problem. Seriously. Because rice, if broken down and digested, it’ll be converted into sugar. So, if you’re trying to lose weight, lessen the consumption of it. For example, if you’re normally eating a cup of rice, make it half.
- If you can survive w/o eating rice, use bread, potatoes and other foods with carbohydrates as a substitute so that you’ll still have energy for the whole day.
- Avoid eating in a fast-food chain. We all know that all of the foods there have a lot of preservatives which is really fattening!!!
- Eat fruits rich in vitamins. But not too much fruits! Because fruits contain fructose, which is the sweetest kind of sugar. It’ll also make us fat if taken a lot.
- Also, avoid staying up late because it might destroy your eating habits. How? If you’re staying up late, the tendency is that you’ll wake up late. Then you’ll miss breakfast and eat brunch. Which is not good. Because you’re also eating the same amount(or worst is, more), of food for breakfast and lunch. Do you get me?
- This diet tip is the most effective for me. Eating cereals. Eat cereals in the morning then, at lunch, eat whatever you want but not too much! Remember that you’re on a diet. Also eat cereals at dinner. This is optional but for me, this is effective.
- Of course the most important and effective way is to exercise.
